So they were out riding bikes today and Niah comes running in and says:<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Mom, we felt a raindrop so we are going to put on our bathing suits so we can get wet, but put on our rain boots so we can splash in the puddles ok?&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>And before I could say anything Emilie comes tromping in with her get up on.  How could I say no at that point?  They spent the next hour outside waiting for the rain to come (which it did&#8230;&#8230;all 12 drops of it).
