Right before Christmas Jaime tells me she has her first crush. It is a boy from our p.e group. She said she really liked him at first but then another girl decided she liked him too. Jaime said ‘I’m ok with that though. I realized I didn’t really like him anyway.’ When I asked her why she said ‘He got a hair cut that made him look a little weird and he can’t play basketball very well.’ Gotta love a girl for her honesty!! <\/p>\n
We were making valentine’s for friends and Alix decided to confess her true love for Kyle on his valentine. She wrote him a mushy love poem and then added ‘Don’t tell your parents’. I warned Laura she might want to save that for Kyle’s scrapbook! I also apologized that her 7 year old son was getting a mushy love letter. She said that considering who it came from she was all right with that! <\/p>\n
We were all talking the other day about who was going to get married in which temple. Jaime says she is going to get married in the Hawaii temple. That would guarantee her a vacation there before she died! Alix wants to get married in the San Diego Temple. Afton said she wanted to get married in the Oakland temple to ME. It was so cute. Everyone told her she couldn’t marry me because I was a girl and I was already married. She didn’t care. She continued to proclaim her desire to marry me some day.
