Yay! We just had our last appointment with the plastic surgeon in S.F. For the last 5 weeks we have been going to S.F. weekly to meet with his plastic surgeon and make sure that Milo’s wound on the side of his head healed up good. Well, we got the final o.k. and his wound is all healed. Thank goodness! We are now scheduled to see the eye doctor next week and if that all checks out good, then we are good to go for 3 months with no doctor appointments! Yay for us! It’ll be nice to have that off the schedule.
All in all Milo is doing very well. Back to his normal everyday self. We are still being a little cautious since it’s only been 3 months and they say total healing really takes 6 months. But other than that he does what he wants when he wants.
One thing to note for future reference. Milo had a nose bleed on Saturday morning. It lasted on and off for 2 days. So Monday morning I started calling doctors. I took him in and of course they found nothing. But they did say to keep an eye on it and contact them again if it starts up again. He’s been ok till this afternoon when there was more blood again. Who knows! The doctors don’t seemed concerned. So I’m not either!
